The biggest difference is that MicroSeal is a penetrating product, not simply a coater that sits on the outside of the fibre. Coating products are hard and break up easily (upon manipulation or cleaning). MicroSeal penetrates the individual fibres forming a “flexible” barrier that does not break up. MicroSeal actually helps to strengthen fibres.
